11 ShinyCell

ShinyCell is an R/Shiny web application framework for displaying and analyzing single cell data. (There is a new version with more advanced features, ShinyCell2, but we are still experimenting with it.)

11.1 Application

We will look at the ShinyCell application Medicago truncatula Meliloti vs. Mock Inoculated Root, which contains data from
